Craft Brewers

Bere Czell is a beer producer and microbrewery from Brașov, revived in 2022 after a break of more than 70 years. The project is built around rediscovering and continuing the brewing heritage of the historic Czell brewery, once an important part of Brașov’s industrial identity. Today the brewery focuses on producing balanced, drinkable craft beers with strong local character. Currently the brewery produces two core beers: Czell Clara and Czell Unfiltered. Both are designed to be approachable, fresh and consistent while respecting traditional brewing methods. The goal of the project is not only to create great beer, but also to reconnect people with the brewing history of the city and build a new generation of beer culture around it.

Anagram Brewing is a craft beer producer from Bucharest founded in 2017 by a team passionate about modern brewing techniques and distinctive flavor profiles.
