This page explains what data we collect on aftar-stube.ro, why, how long we keep it, who helps us process it and what your rights are.

Who we are

The data controller is DH CHAMBERS S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 39230293, Trade Register number J2018000913086, registered office at Str. Nicolae Bălcescu nr. 12, birou 1, ap. 17, 500019 Brașov, Romania. The company runs Aftăr Stube, at 4 Alecu Russo Street in Brașov.

Stube Social Club: the waiting list

What: your email, your first name (if you give it), the page language, the date and time you signed up, the fact that you ticked the email consent box and that you confirmed you are 18 or older.
Why: to tell you when the club opens and to send you emails about the Stube Social Club: the launch, badges, Happy Hour, member perks and events.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you tick the box. You can withdraw it at any time without giving a reason: email us at aftarstube@gmail.com or use the unsubscribe link in our emails.
How long: as long as you are on the list. If you unsubscribe, we delete your data within 30 days. If you do not create an account in the club app within 12 months of its launch, we delete your email.
Where we keep it: in a private Google Sheets table belonging to Aftăr Stube, which only our team can open. The website can only add signups to it, not read them. If the table does not answer, the signup reaches us by email at aftarstube@gmail.com, with a copy for the website administrator. When we launch the club app, we will move the list to its database and update this page.
The list is for people aged 18 and over; you confirm this by ticking the second box.

The contact and reservation form

What: your name, email, phone number and message; for reservations, also the date, time and number of guests.
Why: to reply to you and confirm your reservation.
Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take before a reservation (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering messages (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long: as long as we need to reply and keep track of the reservation, at most 12 months.
Where it goes: by email to aftarstube@gmail.com, with a copy for the website administrator.

Protecting the forms

To stop spam, we use your IP address to limit submissions to 5 in 10 minutes. The address stays in the server's memory for a few minutes only and is not saved.

Cookies and statistics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used, only if you accept statistics in the cookie panel. Without your consent they do not load. Advertising and ad personalisation stay off.

Your choice is kept in your browser for 180 days, and you can change it at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page. The site also remembers a few preferences in your browser, for example whether you closed the review card in the menu; they stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Who helps us

Vercel: hosts the website.
Resend: sends the form emails to us.
Google: the Google Sheets table with the Social Club list, the mailbox where we receive messages and, only with your consent, Google Analytics.
Microsoft: Clarity, only with your consent.

Some of these providers are based in the USA. Data reaches them under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a format you can take elsewhere, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at aftarstube@gmail.com; we reply within one month.
